Jonathan Butko: About
I have recently served as Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation with MediciGlobal, a leading patient recruitment and retention agency dedicated to marketing clinical trials directly to patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals. With over 16 years of graphic design, creative direction and healthcare experience, I directed the development of innovative technologies and strategies for MediciGlobal's clients on a global basis. I oversaw all creative execution of advertising, patient study materials, internet marketing and social marketing. It is under my creative leadership that MediciGlobal earned 16 industry awards for North American and global programs.
With a broad range of experience, I bring a depth of expertise that has resulted in compelling and creative materials that have been culturally adapted for use worldwide. I have met the objectives of both building awareness and stimulating targeted market segments to actively participate in clinical trial programs. Under my design direction, my teams consistently developed materials that have met regulatory requirements.
I have served as Creative Services Director with AdMed, Inc., a leading interactive learning agency, designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, training manuals and customized training workshops for major pharmaceutical clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Bristol-Myers Squibb and The Medicines Company. Many of these programs served as the basis for global initiatives.
As owner and and Creative Director of LucidCircus, Inc., I gained extensive experience working with other diverse North American clients and brands such as MTV/VH1, Levi's, TBWA /Chiat/Day, Grey Global, Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies, Safeguard International, The Mills Corporation, The National Adoption Centers, The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, and the City of Philadelphia.
